Benefits of Early Morning Exercises

Healthy body leads to a healthy life. Without good health a man can't enjoy the charms of life. It is our duty to keep our body healthy. Early morning exercises are very beneficial for the formation of good health. In the early morning the air is fresh and pollution free. Throughout the day we have to do many activities. Morning exercises in fresh air help us to keep active throughout the day. Some free hand exercises keep our body fit and disease free.  For students, it is very helpful to concentrate on their studies. Early morning exercise is a good start for the whole day's activities. So everyone should try morning exercise to remain healthy and active physically and mentally.
