12. Suppose you are the Secretary of a club which has decided to open a library. Write a notice (within 100 words) to the members of your club inviting them to actively join this programme by donating books for the library.

Opening Of A Library

        All the members of our club are hereby informed that our club is going to open a library in our club next month. Every member is invited to actively join this programme by donating some books for the library. You can also donate money instead of books. The members should either submit the books or donate the money within one week so that we can make our library functional from the next month. The inauguration of the library is scheduled on 20 August, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. All the members are requested to attend the event. For further information the undersigned may be contacted.
